What Can I Expect During the Healing Process?
The area treated will look much darker and more defined that the final result. Be patient. It will look much softer in 5-6 days depending on how fast your skin heals. Most clients will go to work the next day. Tenderness is expected, but slight bruising and irritation may sometimes occur.
A premature touch up can result in scaring,
tenderness and inaccurate color. Color cannot be adjusted until it is healed.
The process used to pigment the skin is a two-step process. Layers of pigment (color) are tattooed into the skin one layer at a time over multiple visits, with at least 4 to 6 week periods between each visit.
